Frequently Asked Questions
Pinks and Greens ships internationally to all countries*. International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. International shipments may require additional processing time (up to 10 business days) so that all items will ship together in one package. Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail International generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know. Pinks and Greens is not responsible for any duties or taxes which may be charged by the country of importation. Please see Shipping Cost & Transit Times for more information on shipping costs to international locations.

Tennis team orders receive discounts (up to 25%*) and a personalized Team Page to help captains share information to team members. ORDER STATUS
> How do I check the status of my order?
After placing an order – you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with an order summary which includes your order number. Once your items ship you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your customer account, or by contacting us

> Can I change my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact customer service (M-F 9 am-5 pm est) at 877.421.2916 or by email at help@pinksandgreens.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be advised once items have been prepared for shipment we cannot make changes to your order.

> Size & Fit
On each product page you will find a size guide within the product description to help you. Look for the SIZE CHART link next to the qty box on the product page. You can also contact customer service for specialized size & fit recommendations.
> Gift Cards
Pinks and Greens gift cards can be purchased for any amount and do not expire. You can purchase gift cards online or purchase by calling customer service at 877.421.2916 (M-F 9 am - 5 pm est). To use a gift card on your order please enter the code (with dashes) into the gift card payment option at checkout. (Please note: if the gift card amount covers your entire order amount you may still be required to enter a credit card number at checkout in order for the transaction to go though - your card however will not be charged) Pinks and Greens is not responsible for any gift card that is lost, stolen or destroyed, or if balance is used without your permission.

When you log in to your account you will be able to:

> Gift Returns
If you received a gift from Pinks and Greens and want to exchange for something else, please contact us to receive a return form and shipping label*. We will refund your return as store credit (gift card that does not expire) that you can apply to a new order.
> Phone Exchange
Need your new size or item right away? Just call us at 877.421.2916 to do a "quick exchange" and we can charge you for new merchandise right away and ship it to you via Free* Ground Shipping. We will also provide you with a return form and prepaid shipping label* to return your other merchandise for a refund. *Free Ground Shipping applies to US Domestic orders only

> Duties, Taxes and Fees
Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values. Thank you for your understanding. The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Pinks and Greens, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined and included on the packing slip on the package
